- Deposit: 50% required to confirm.
- Refunds: free 5+ days before; 50% refund 3–4 days; no refund within 48 hours.
- No-show: no refund.
- Conduct: harassment, narcotics, aggression, or disorderly intoxication ends participation immediately (no refund).
- Venue changes: if a venue changes due to capacity/events, an alternative venue is provided.
